One-Hour Nutrition Consultation

For a customized approach, the more in-depth consultation will lead you through a process of behavior change, dietary modification and lifestyle management. This includes a meal plan, recipes, shopping lists and informative nutrition tips. One email follow-up session.


(Two 1-hour sessions and Two 30-minute sessions)

Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. In this consult, we’ll go through an individualized assessment to refine your health goals and get you on the right track. Through a process of investigation and introspection, we will create a lifestyle plan based on your long-term goals. Includes meal planning during each session, lifestyle remodeling and unlimited email and phone support between sessions.

Grocery Store Field Trip

In this fun and informative tour around a grocery store of your choice, you'll learn about how to fill your cart with the most nourishing and healthy foods. Lots of advice on how to get the most bang for your buck. You'll walk away feeling empowered and ready to pull together a healthy meal plan on a budget.

Pantry Party

Making changes in your pantry is exciting and fun when you follow the Lifestyle Benefits Pantry Party method. You'll swap out the junky stuff that's leaving you feeling puffy and depleted for delicious items that will boost your mood and give you energy throughout the day. 

Kitchen Clean Up

We won't scrub your counters and floors, but we'll show you the ins and outs of creating a home environment free of harmful fumes and dangerous chemicals. Includes the Pantry Party as well. (Did someone say wine? Make an evening of it and host a Girl's Night In so all your gal pals can learn how to banish toxic products from their homes.) 

Group Meetings
